Not necessarily. While you are welcome to be present, many of our clients prefer to provide us with secure access to their property, such as a spare key, garage code, or entry instructions. We are fully insured and our staff is thoroughly vetted, ensuring your peace of mind.
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
